Tonight our beloved Mystic Falls’ gang returns on The Vampire Diaries season 5. Where we last left off, Damon now has blood lust for vampire blood. Besides that, he was kind of being a real di-Damon to his friends. He tried to kill our little Jeremy. He used Bonnie to get magic done, and he killed Aaron-a character who had potential but died before it really got realized. The Vampire Diaries’ fans may be having deja’vu with this version of Damon. And no matter where you fall on your appreciation of his return, we can all admit things are about to get really bloody.
The Vampire Diaries season 5 episode 14, “No Exit,” revolves around Katlena and Stefan trying to save the wicked Salvatore from trying, or succeeding in killing one of their friends. But seeing as Katherine hates Damon, we’re sure she’s not that into the idea of helping him. She’s more into the idea of getting some of Stefan. The tortured one is no fool, so he’s either already onto Katherine’s deception or about to be, real soon.
Recently, some of The Vampire Diaries season 5 episode 14 spoiler pictures were released. In these pictures, we see Damon-still chained, Enzo looking confused and bloody, Nadia and Caroline face-off, and a Tyler and Caroline confrontation. Basically a lot of danger is heading to Mystic Falls. Noticeably missing is many pictures of Stefan and Katlena, which leads me to conclude Stefan finds out pretty early in the episode. Also, since we know to expect a confrontation between Damon and Tyler in the next episode, we expect some big reveal involving Tyler’s Narnia hybrid blood. Additionally, since The Vampire Diaries season 5 won’t chill-out with its plots this season, maybe the door will open for one of the new characters to enter.
